Job Summary
The Master Scheduler at Crusoe is responsible for managing the master production schedule in a manufacturing environment, collaborating with teams to ensure timely project initiation and completion, optimizing production flow, analyzing data, and identifying potential issues. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in production scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data analysis, manufacturing, business or related field
- 7+ years of demonstrable experience in production planning/scheduling
- Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to hard code into data programs such as google sheets using the Script application
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Solid computer literacy in MS Office and Google products
- Efficient in scheduling programs such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Monday.com or similar
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica, Oracle ERP, SAP, SAGE, Infor)
- Strong listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly motivated self-starter with professionalism
- Strong team player mentality
- Proven manufacturing experience preferably in metal or electrical manufacturing
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks for long hours
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Arena Simulation or other Industrial Engineering software programs.
- Experience with automation programs such as MS Power Automate to automate time consuming tasks between programs.
Additional Requirements
- Designated a safety-sensitive position
- Drug and alcohol program participation is required
- Must be able to pass a background check
