Master Scheduler (Bilingual)

Job Summary
Manage the master production schedule and rough cut capacity plan for internal and external manufacturing sites, optimizing production against customer demand, forecast, and material availability. Collaborate cross-functionally with S&OP teams to create capacity requirements plans and participate in S&OP and S&OE meetings from the plant perspective. Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and production to facilitate changes, ensure accurate configuration, and communicate material requirements effectively. Steward core manufacturing data within the ERP system to maintain replenishment signals and analyze trends and KPIs to drive operational efficiency and schedule attainment. Prepare run-out analyses, coordinate scheduling activities, and root-cause issues to improve delivery metrics and support plant improvements. Perform advanced business analytics on production planning, safety stock, and inventory management to derive actionable insights for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish
- BA/BS Degree In Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering
- 3-5 years minimum in Supply Chain (Materials Management, Inventory management, demand planning, supply planning, procurement, SIOP.)
- Critical thinker with strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Process-minded and continuous improvement focused
- Demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate alternative solutions to meet business needs
- Ability to work in matrix environments, drive change and influence business stakeholders
- Collaborative skills and ability to work in a multi-site virtual work environment telling the story with data
- Great communication, interpersonal skills, and team player mentality
- Provide instructions and directions to colleagues in the planning and procurement organization and other functional areas and/or regions
- Works on problems of diverse scope; must be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Proficient in production planning, production scheduling, and shop floor control
Desired Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree In Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering is preferred
- Lean and Six Sigma certifications is preferred
