Job Summary
Master Scheduler responsible for designing, optimizing, and governing integrated supply and production planning across three North American sites (Endicott, NY; Mesa, AZ; Nogales, MX). Leads the Master Production Schedule (MPS), capacity modeling, ERP/MRP ownership, and data analytics to align customer demand with manufacturing capability and inventory strategy. Drives data-driven decision-making, scenario modeling, and continuous improvement to enhance operational performance, service levels, and working capital efficiency. Coordinates with procurement, operations, engineering, and commercial teams; develops capacity models, performs what-if simulations, and provides analytical recommendations for labor planning, equipment utilization, and capital investments. Oversees planning systems optimization (Macola), data dashboards (Excel, Power BI), and governance to standardize planning processes across sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in production planning, capacity engineering, or supply chain analytics within a manufacturing environment (electrical or electromechanical components preferred)
- APICS/CPIM certification strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems (Macola experience preferred)
- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI or similar BI tools preferred
- Working knowledge of capacity planning methodologies and manufacturing flow principles
- Experience with data modeling, scenario simulation, and supply-demand balancing frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
