Job Summary
Master Scheduler responsible for scheduling and monitoring the movement of material through the production cycle for value streams that are complex or in transformation. Create and manage component and assembly schedules to ensure on-time delivery while minimizing excess inventory; support Operations to maintain a steady flow of material and information; collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve value stream performance. Update and analyze metrics such as on-time delivery, inventory levels, and cycle counting; lead SIOP processes from preparation through review and execution; lead teams to analyze and improve planning processes using value stream mapping, benchmarking, and standard work to realize future-state improvements with Lean principles.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree in business-related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in inventory and production control
