Job Summary
Provide individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents and young adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses, including crisis intervention as assigned. Develop, implement, and revise treatment goals while conducting clinical assessments for social functioning and substance use. Complete daily progress notes in Credible, comprehensive participant assessments, and weekly treatment planning meetings. Deliver specialized services such as social skills training, behavioral activation, and psychoeducation regarding first-episode psychosis. Maintain safety and wellness management plans for participants and coordinate with community agencies and families. Adhere to all program policies, including on-call rotations and core values, while working independently within the multidisciplinary OnTrack team.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in one of the core Behavioral Health Sciences or in an equivalent Master's program
- Training in one of the mental health professions (social work, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology)
- Clinical skills and experience in assessing, planning, developing, coordinating, and providing treatment, rehabilitation, and support services
- Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting with persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses
- Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Proof of $25,000/$50,000 bodily injury coverage on personal vehicle
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to ambulate safely throughout the community
- Ability to abide by principles of EEO compliance

- Ability to take guidance and direction from supervisors
- Ability to arrive/report to work on time and ready to work
- Ability to communicate with others

- Respect for person's rights and personal preferences in treatment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Credible and Intranet, EHR
- Comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Rules and Regulations
