Job Summary
Conduct early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 8 years, shaping minds through data collection and implementation of individualized treatment plans. Supervise fieldwork completion for candidates who have accrued 85% of required hours (1700/2000) and finished all restricted hours, while allocating 8 hours weekly to BDS modules. Collaborate with BCBA's and team members dedicated to core values, with the goal of sitting for the BACB exam within six months of joining. Provide guaranteed full-time hours of 32-40 weekly regardless of cancellations, supported by no-cost supervision time and a clear path to BCBA certification with a guaranteed pass bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Are a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Accruing supervision hours
- Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000hours)
- All Restricted hours completed
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
- Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
- Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old)
- Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
- Collaborating with BCBA's and our team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC's core values
- Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team
