Job Summary
As a BT or RBT pursuing BCBA credentials, join Action Behavior Centers as a BCBA Intern in a center-based autism-treatment program. You’ll supervise and contribute to early intervention therapy for children aged 18 months to 8 years, collect data, and implement individualized treatment plans under supervision. The role supports ongoing supervision hours toward board certification, with a pathway to BCBA salary upon passing the BACB exam. Responsibilities include overseeing supervisee fieldwork progress (1700/2000 hours), maintaining 85% of required fieldwork hours completed, allocating time for BDS modules, and preparing for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining.
