Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting; collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child; developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA; collaborating with BCBA’s and a team dedicated to compassionate care; allocating 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules; sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining; opportunities for guaranteed hours, tuition support, and professional growth within a structured leadership and BCBA-path program.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
- Accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000hours)
- All Restricted hours completed
