Job Summary
BCBA Intern role with Action Behavior Centers. You will provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 8 years, collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans under supervision. You’ll collaborate with BCBA colleagues and the team to support clients on the pathway toward BCBA certification, including taking the BACB exam within 6 months of joining. Expect 32-40 hours per week, with guaranteed full-time hours, and opportunities for wage increases and bonuses tied to supervision hours, exam success, and performance. Required Qualifications
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited masters program
- BT or RBT seeking BCBA internship
- 1650+ hours of fieldwork experience by 1700 hours targeted (or 85% of 2000 hours completed)
