Job Summary
Master's level School-Based Outpatient Therapist to provide direct individual and family therapy in a school-based outpatient setting in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Responsibilities include applying Solution-Focused Interventions, conducting assessments and intake to determine service needs, developing comprehensive treatment plans, coordinating care with schools and community resources, documenting in accordance with outpatient regulations, facilitating transition/discharge planning, and collaborating with other service providers to support client mental health goals. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a clinical discipline and completion of a clinical internship; experience with children/adolescents and current clearances preferred.
