Job Summary
In this role, the Master's Level Outpatient Clinician/Therapist will provide in-person and telehealth outpatient therapy to children and adults, working with individuals of diverse diagnostic profiles. Responsibilities include delivering trauma-informed clinical services and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary treatment team. Candidates must have relevant clinical experience, a Master’s degree in a related field, and appropriate licensure or eligibility to obtain it. A flexible schedule is required to meet client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling from an accredited college or university
- Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or able to sit for clinical licensure
- Clinical experience with children and adolescents
- Ability to create and implement treatment or service plans
- Demonstrated capacity to develop therapeutic relationships
- Open to maintaining a flexible work schedule
- Proficiency in electronic medical record software and Microsoft Suite
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with trauma-informed models of treatment
- Bilingual proficiency in a second language
