Job Summary
Assess and document comprehensive mental health needs, screenings, psychosocial assessments, and progress notes for diverse clients across individual and family therapy sessions. Deliver evidence-based psycho-social services including coping skills, stress reduction, and caregiver support directly in community settings, schools, or client homes without office visits. Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and school counselors to advocate for patient access to resources and communicate treatment plans. Candidates must reside in Florida with a Master's degree and hold an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT license. Earn up to $85,500 annually with a $2,400 orientation stipend, choosing your own hours while receiving free clinical supervision and continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
- Reside within the State of Florida
- Organizational and Time allocation skill abilities, and to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs, and flexibility to provide services in client homes, schools, and other community settings
- Ability to utilize self-care techniques to best manage to achieve OPTimal work life balance
- Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others
- Ability to document therapy services in electronic medical records (EMR) platform
- At least four class codes that contain content from the following areas: Human Growth & Development, Diagnosis and treatment of Psychology, Human Sexuality, Counseling Theories and Techniques, Group Theories and Practice, Dynamic of Marriage and Family Systems, Individual Evaluation and Assessment, Research and Program Evaluation, Personality Theories, Social and Cultural Foundations, Counseling in Community Settings, and Substance Use Disorders
