Job Summary
Provide direct mental health and co-occurring substance use treatment across outpatient and residential settings. Conduct assessments and assist with treatment planning. Provide individual and group therapy under supervision. Collaborate with outpatient and residential treatment teams. Complete documentation in the EHR system within 72 hours. Eligible for NHSC loan repayment; Masters-level LMSW/LPC in Idaho preferred. Full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, paid holidays, and loan-repayment eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- LMSW in Idaho
- Experience or interest in mental health, substance use, or co-occurring treatment preferred
- Comfortable facilitating groups
- Familiar with utilizing an EHR system
- Able to complete documentation within required timelines
