Master's Level Internship - Float Pool

Conduct assessment, crisis intervention, and therapy sessions including individual, family, and group work within a 24/7 residential treatment facility. Contribute to creating and monitoring service plans, documenting client interactions, and maintaining electronic clinical records. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatry professionals, to deliver integrated care and coordinate with internal and external services for comprehensive client support. Maintain good academic standing while enrolled in a master's program at an accredited institution. Complete a background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening, along with annual flu vaccination and TB testing. Gain practical skills in mental health and behavioral services through hands-on training and thoughtful supervision.
