Job Summary
In this role, the Master’s Level In-Home Clinician/Therapist will provide community-based services including family therapy, in-home therapy, and case management for youth facing behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges. Responsibilities include collaborating with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, creating interventions to enhance family support, delivering trauma-informed clinical services, and consulting with collateral parties such as schools. A flexible work schedule is required, and applicants must have a Master's degree in a relevant field and clinical licensure. A strong ability to develop therapeutic relationships and cultural competence is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling from an accredited college or university
- Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or able to sit for clinical licensure
- Clinical experience with children and adolescents
- Ability to create and implement treatment or service plans
- Demonstrated capacity to develop therapeutic relationships
- Ability to learn the needs of youth and families
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
