Job Summary
In this Master’s Level In-Home Clinician/Therapist role, you will provide community-based services such as family therapy and case management to youth dealing with behavioral and emotional challenges. Key responsibilities include collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to develop therapeutic interventions, delivering trauma-informed clinical services, and consulting with external parties like schools and medical providers. Candidates must have a Master’s degree, clinical licensure eligibility, and clinical experience with children and adolescents, as well as a flexible schedule and valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling from an accredited college or university required
- Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or able to sit for clinical licensure required
- Must have clinical experience with children and adolescents required
- Ability to create and implement treatment or service plans that reflect a thorough understanding of the client’s background
- Demonstrated capacity to develop therapeutic relationships with individuals from various backgrounds
- Open to maintaining a flexible work schedule and participate in an on-call schedule
- Proficiency in or the capacity to learn electronic medical record software, along with fundamental computer skills, including the Microsoft Suite
- Ability to learn the needs of the youth under our care and their families
