Job Summary
Provide individual, family, and group therapy, and parent support using evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities. Complete comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation of all clinical interventions. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to lead discussions and planning, while offering crisis support, safety planning, and stabilization. Facilitate psychoeducational, skills-based, and process groups promoting emotional regulation and life skills, modeling healthy boundaries for residents. Requires a Master's degree, Vermont licensure, and experience with trauma-impacted populations. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Licensed or license-eligible in Vermont (supervision available)
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and experience working with trauma-impacted populations
- Ability to balance clinical work with active participation in team-based care
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- A genuine desire to support young adults and a commitment to ongoing growth and professional development
