Job Summary
Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients via telehealth and face-to-face sessions, with a focus on treating depression and anxiety. Conduct intakes and diagnoses according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor while building a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Maintain consistent availability for a minimum of 25 sessions weekly with 30 hours of availability, working a hybrid model of 50% in-office and 50% remote after the probationary period. Schedule flexibility extends seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. This role supports a team of over 2,700 licensed providers within a clinician-led organization that partners with health systems to deliver hybrid mental health care.
Required Qualifications
- Approved by the board as a LAPC
- Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Pennsylvania
- Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location
- Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote)
- A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
- Must meet all PA State Requirements for Pre-Associate Licensure
- Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
