Job Summary
Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to over 175,000 clients via telehealth and face-to-face sessions, including intakes and diagnoses according to DSM-5. Deliver a minimum of 25 sessions weekly with 30 hours of availability, treating diverse populations including couples and children. Work in a hybrid model (50% office, 50% remote) within 45 minutes of the Cambridge, MA location, with flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing while receiving comprehensive administrative support, including billing, scheduling, and clinical supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Massachusetts
- Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location
- A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
- Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety
- Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
