Job Summary
Master’s Level Clinician sought for the Intensive Residential Treatment Program in Westborough, MA. Provide individual counseling, design and facilitate therapeutic groups, conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, maintain compliant clinical records, and collaborate with program staff, families, and external providers. Serve as liaison with psychiatrists and other agencies; participate in case conferences and clinical reviews; ensure adherence to emergency procedures. Benefits include supervision hours for licensure, professional growth opportunities, and a low caseload environment (max 7 trauma-related cases). Must hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field and be licensure-eligible for LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT; trauma expertise and experience with adolescents required; COVID-19 vaccination required or willing to comply.
Required Qualifications
- Completed Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (required)
- Licensure eligible for LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT (required)
- Strong understanding of trauma and its impact on adolescent mental health
- Prior experience working with adolescents and their families, with expertise in crisis stabilization and management
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills
- Must be fully vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated against COVID-19, in accordance with state regulations
