Job Summary
Full-time Master's Level Behavioral Health Counselor at Morgan County Correctional Complex (Wartburg, TN). Works with a multidisciplinary team to meet behavioral health needs in a correctional setting, managing case files, supervising intake and discharge, and overseeing treatment plans and patient progress. Requires a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling from a CACREP-accredited program and two years of experience; CPR/BLS certification; background check and security clearance where applicable. Shift: Days, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, PTO, holidays, FSA, CE benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from a CACREP accredited educational institution
- Two years of experience
- Active CPR and Basic Life Support certification
- Background investigation and agency security clearance where applicable
- Experience in a correctional setting preferred
