Job Summary
Master Project Manager who will own the cross-functional project portfolio, maintaining a real-time view of project health, milestones, blockers, and risks; create executive-ready status reporting for the portfolio; run project update meetings and steering committee sessions; partner with the Chief of Staff to translate strategic decisions into actionable workplans with clear owners and timelines; manage interface with project managers from each function and the leadership team to track dependencies and clear blockers; drive the project management framework, reporting templates, RACIs, and project intake processes; leverage tools like Monday.com and Jira to enable disciplined execution and communication.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of project or program management experience
- Mastery of Monday.com, Jira and/or similar enterprise project management tools
- PMP, PgMP or equivalent certification preferred but not required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Bias for clarity, action, and accountability
