Job Summary
Conduct an immersive 8-week training and mentoring program from July 13 through September 11, 2026, to prepare active-duty military spouses in the Ft. Bliss/El Paso area for CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, and Scrum Master certification exams. Deliver instruction on resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview skills, and veteran-friendly job search resources while facilitating contact hours required for exam registration. Participants must reside locally, hold a high school diploma or GED, and possess a functional laptop for exam simulators. Use VA Education Benefits to access this veteran-led workshop.
Required Qualifications

- Must live in or around the Ft. Bliss, Texas area
- Spouses must have an active-duty military spouse
- High School diploma or state-recognized GED
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree
- Knowledge of project management fundamentals (Vets2PM Project Management Fundamentals Certificate)
