Job Summary

Develop and maintain the master production schedule across multiple client programs, converting forecasts and contractual commitments into executable build plans within the ERP/MRP system. Run MRP outputs to release and prioritize work orders while balancing demand, capacity, and inventory targets. Monitor production capacity by line and work center to identify constraints, proposing recovery options like overtime or subcontracting. Partner with Manufacturing and NPI to translate development programs into commercial-scale production schedules, supporting rough-cut capacity planning and scenario analysis. Serve as the scheduling point of contact for Program Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality, participating in daily tier meetings and weekly S&OP reviews to provide visibility into schedule adherence and at-risk orders. Ensure all production plans and schedule changes comply with 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485, coordinating with Quality to incorporate inspection and validation holds. Maintain accurate planning parameters and master data, including BOMs, routings, and lead times, while building dashboards to track on-time delivery and inventory turns.
