Job Summary
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including sewer and drain maintenance with camera diagnostics. Inspect and test plumbing to ensure code compliance, then respond to work orders, complete unit turnovers, and participate in emergency maintenance rotations. Document all completed work using the mobile service-tracking application while maintaining organized tools, vehicles, and inventory. Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and management to provide responsive customer service. Manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating with the maintenance team on projects.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Master Plumber license in Boone County and/or the City of Columbia
- Four or more years of residential and commercial plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license with a corporate-insurable driving record
- Strong knowledge of plumbing installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with sewer line maintenance and light excavation
- High school diploma or GED
