Job Summary
Analyze problems to determine necessary tools and services, then conduct all plumbing jobs in a prompt and professional manner. Perform inspections of plumbing systems, test for leaks, and cut or assemble pipes while adhering to building codes and safety regulations. Report documents on problems and actions taken, ensuring work is completed correctly the first time. Must travel to job sites, meet deadlines, and plan work efficiently. Requires 5–10 years of experience, valid Florida Driver's License, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Part-time role (25–30 hours/week) with company vehicle provided.
Required Qualifications

- Must pass inspection on all the jobs
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Must have a valid Florida Driver's License and clean driving record
- Well-groomed, neat appearance
- Good physical condition
- Must speak, read, write fluently in English
- Be willing to cross train in other trades
- Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- Capability to bend, stoop, squat, climb, kneel, and twist as needed
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, around moving equipment, and being on ladders
