Job Summary
Lead and mentor in-home field technicians to ensure top-tier plumbing and HVAC repairs/installations; spend about half the time in the field motivating technicians, enhancing customer service, and improving technician skills. Ensure seven-day, 365-day operation coverage, monitor performance through site visits and feedback, respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide equipment replacement quotes, and participate in hiring new technicians. Align with union collective bargaining agreements where applicable and coordinate with the Field Training Manager for training needs. Requires a Master Plumber license, at least 5 years of field management experience, strong communication, teamwork, and multi-tasking abilities; occasional weekend on-call availability; proficient with Microsoft Office.
