Master Planner

Master Planner to create an executable operations plan by aligning customer demand with internal and supplier capacity across all assembly sites. Manages long-term demand in MRP, maintains up-to-date configurations, and implements changes to ensure inventory integrity and operational readiness. Identifies capacity and material risks, evaluates customer change requests, and recommends mitigation strategies. Collaborates with planners, sales, and manufacturing to support schedule execution and maintain reliable, efficient supply performance. Responsibilities include owning long-term demand in MRP, updating configurations, assessing change requests, communicating execution plans to site planners, reconciling impact of drop-ins and cancellations, and possibly leading daily production meetings. Requires a Bachelor degree in Business/Supply Chain or related field, 7+ years planning or project management experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with MRP processes (Oracle/SAP). APICS/CPIM experience is favorable but not required.
