Job Summary
Master Planner/Scheduler responsible for transforming demand and supply inputs into a time-phased production schedule. Convert forecasts, incoming order volume, and defined work scopes into a detailed production plan with a time-phased build schedule. Define and monitor KPIs to measure master schedule accuracy and performance. Partner with functional leaders to maintain forecast accuracy through timely updates and feedback. Prepare master schedule reports that track performance against business, shipment, inventory, and production plans. Review current demand projections and develop tactical production plans to meet customer requirements. Qualifications include 8+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, materials management, or manufacturing operations within a standard-product environment; hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems, BOMs, routings, inventory management, and capacity planning; CPIM/CSCP certification preferred; strong Excel skills and data-driven planning tools; working knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred; or an Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) in manufacturing, operations, or materials management.
