Master Planner

Forecast raw material requirements, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability for production. Analyze production schedules continuously, establish short and medium-term order plans, and monitor supplier fulfillment for raw materials and packaging. Track expiring stock to propose actions avoiding scrapping and drive cost-saving initiatives through value engineering. Ensure compliance with standards and policies while maintaining optimal inventory to prevent shortages or excess. This role reports to the Planning Coordinator within Lantmännen Unibake's Pantelimon office, supporting a global bakery group focused on cross-functional collaboration and sustainable growth.
