Job Summary
Plans and prepares production schedules for the manufacture of industrial refrigeration; develops and maintains the master production schedule to align with sales forecasts and customer orders; analyzes capacity data to determine processes, tooling, and staffing needs; defines the sequence of fabrication, assembly, and related operations; collaborates with department supervisors to monitor status and adjust plans; expedites behind-schedule activities; prepares and distributes production reports; maintains materials/tools/equipment lists and processes purchase orders; serves as primary contact with vendors/subcontractors and internal teams to ensure timely execution; participates in revenue projection with Commercial Sales to support planning and performance tracking; adheres to the Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards.
Required Qualifications
- Requires an Associates degree with 5 – 7 years experience or 9 years of qualified experience in the manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) and Internet software and E-mail.
