Job Summary
Master Planner role handling global 36-month horizon supply planning for a Diamides portfolio in a dynamic, international environment. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining the global supply plan, developing planning scenarios to evaluate trade-offs, identifying supply risks with analytical recommendations, aligning supply plans with cross-functional priorities, contributing to inventory projections and allocations, and providing transparent supply outlooks to stakeholders. Requirements include experience in international supply planning, strong analytics and scenario planning, Excel proficiency, ERP experience (SAP preferred, SAP IBP a plus), ability to adapt in a changing environment, and effective communication with stakeholders. Fluency in English and collaboration within an international planning team are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in supply planning within a complex, international environment
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in scenario planning and problem-solving
- Good Excel capabilities
- ERP experience (SAP preferred); SAP IBP is an advantage
- Fluent English
