Master Planner

Master Planner duties include coordinating the production, materials, and shipping planning processes to ensure proper planning, information flow, and stock availability for both short- and long-term production plans. Works in conjunction with Planners and the Materials Planner to monitor material availability, packaging materials, finished goods, and raw materials; evaluates packaging standards; coordinates shipments with Planners; maintains logistics-system documentation and SAP/SEP processes; participates in material control and month-end counts; monitors material flow to satisfy customer requirements; utilizes Supply On or ASN systems per customer specs; manages annual inventories and internal/external audits in support of the Logistics Manager; authorizes logistics-related tasks and interfaces with customer portals for shipments and records. Knowledge of SAP/SEP and ASN systems, emphasis on KPI alignment and customer satisfaction, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve logistics processes are key components of the role.
