Job Summary
Analyze and redesign end-to-end logistics processes for a 9-month industrial transformation project in the Grenoble area. Lead cross-functional teams through ERP implementation, establishing new procedures, tools, and deployment roadmaps. Drive change management by challenging teams on objectives, conducting rapid diagnostics, and delivering actionable field solutions. Manage project timelines, coordinate preparation meetings, and oversee the full lifecycle of supply chain process overhauls in sectors including chemical, nuclear, and metallurgical industries.
Required Qualifications
- Formation initiale en ingénierie, supply chain, logistique
- Expérience significative de Chef de projet de transformation dans le milieu industriel (chimie, nucléaire, métallurgie)
- Expérience dans la refonte des ERP en Supply Chain
- Capacité à poser rapidement un diagnostic et à apporter des solutions terrains atteignables
- Mission sur l'agglomération grenobloise
- Mission de transition de 9 mois minimum
