Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results, conducting initial and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App. Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions while overseeing client success metrics and ensuring quality standards. Facilitate workshops and team development sessions, drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives, and support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership. Represent the company's core values in every interaction. Full-time preferred with a flexible schedule and performance-based bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
- CPR/AED certified
- 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
- Proven success in client results and team mentoring
- Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
