Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results, conducting initial and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App. Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions while overseeing client success metrics and ensuring training quality standards. Facilitate workshops and team development sessions, drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives, and support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership. Represent the core values of Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence in every interaction. This role offers a flexible schedule with full-time preference, competitive hourly pay ranging from $50 to $55 plus performance bonuses, and opportunities for advancement within the nation's leading mobile personal training network.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
- CPR/AED certified
- 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
- Proven success in client results and team mentoring
- Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
