Job Summary
Train clients in one-on-one and small group sessions across Mascoutah and surrounding areas, conducting fitness assessments and creating customized workout programs. Mentor personal trainers on best practices, help maintain high coaching standards, and track client progress and retention metrics. Support local marketing and community outreach events while partnering with leadership on sales goals and business growth initiatives. Requires certified personal trainer certification, CPR/AED certification, and 3+ years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer certification from an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)
- CPR/AED certification
- 3+ years of personal training experience
- Leadership or trainer mentoring experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
