Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results while conducting initial and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App. Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions, oversee client success metrics, and support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership. Facilitate workshops and team development sessions, drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives, and represent the company's core values in every interaction. This role requires a certified personal trainer with three years of experience, CPR/AED certification, and strong motivational skills. Flexible schedule with full-time preference and competitive hourly compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
- Proven success in client results and team mentoring
- Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
