Conduct in-home and on-site personal training sessions while creating personalized exercise programs via the GYMGUYZ Fitness App. Perform initial and reassessments to close sales and renewals, then drive new business through targeted marketing efforts. Promote the brand to prospective individual and business clients, maintain appointment schedules, and mentor team members. Travel to client locations and attend monthly team meetings. Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- CPR/AED certification
- Previous sales experience in the fitness industry

- Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours
- Team player or collaborative with others
