Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one and small group personal training sessions while performing initial and reassessments. Create customized workout programs based on client goals and track progress metrics. Mentor support staff on best practices and help maintain high coaching standards across the team. Partner with leadership on sales goals and business growth initiatives, while supporting local marketing and community outreach events. Operate as a mobile trainer throughout Mascoutah and surrounding areas with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer certification from an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)
- CPR/AED certification
- 3+ years of personal training experience
- Leadership or trainer mentoring experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
