Job Summary
Master Trainer role leading and mentoring a team of trainers, delivering mobile personal training to clients in homes/offices/communities, conducting assessments, designing and leading training sessions (individual and small groups), driving client results, supporting sales and marketing, and contributing to community engagement. Requires 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, CPR/AED and certification, reliable transportation, and a track record of leadership and coaching. Compensation includes hourly pay ($33-$46) with performance bonuses, flexible schedule, onboarding and professional development, and opportunities to advance within the GYMGUYZ network.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
