Job Summary
Master Trainer lead and mentor a team of trainers, conduct initial assessments and reassessments, design and lead individual and small-group training, oversee client success metrics, support sales and assessment goals, facilitate workshops, drive local marketing and community engagement, and represent the DRIVE values. Requires certification, CPR/AED, 3+ years of PT and leadership experience, strong communication and motivational skills, and reliable transportation. Compensation $55-$65/hr with bonuses; flexible schedule; opportunities for advancement and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
