Job Summary
Train clients in one-on-one and small group sessions across Mascoutah and surrounding areas, conducting fitness assessments and creating customized workout programs. Mentor personal trainers on best practices, maintain high coaching standards, and track client progress and retention metrics. Support local marketing events and partner with leadership on sales goals and business growth initiatives. Earn $35–$50/hour plus performance bonuses with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer certification from an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)
- CPR/AED certification
- 3+ years of personal training experience
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
Desired Qualifications
- Leadership or trainer mentoring experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales experience is a plus
