Job Summary
Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions, create personalized exercise programs via the GYMGUYZ Fitness App, and conduct initial and reassessment appointments. Close sales by building rapport with prospective clients, driving new business through marketing efforts, and promoting the brand to individual and business customers. Maintain client schedules in the scheduling app, drive to and from sessions, and attend monthly team meetings. Perform service checks to ensure best practices are followed. This role offers part-time or full-time opportunities with a flexible schedule, commission pay, and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- CPR/AED certification
- Previous sales experience in the fitness industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
- Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours
- Team player or collaborative with others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
