Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver mobile training sessions at clients’ homes, offices, and community spaces; conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the app; design and lead individual and small-group sessions; oversee client success metrics and training quality; support sales and assessment goals; facilitate workshops and team development; drive local marketing and community engagement; represent DRIVE values in every interaction.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
