Job Summary
Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions, creating personalized exercise programs via the GYMGUYZ Fitness App. Conduct initial and reassessments to close sales, drive new business through marketing efforts, and promote the brand to individual and business clients. Maintain appointments in the scheduling app and travel to client locations. Attend monthly team meetings and perform service checks to ensure best practices. Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- CPR/AED certification
- Previous sales experience in the fitness industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
- Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours
- Team player or collaborative with others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
