Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results; conduct initial assessments and reassessments; design and lead individual and small-group training sessions; oversee client success metrics and training quality; support sales and assessment goals; facilitate workshops and team development; drive local marketing and community engagement; embody the DRIVE values in every interaction.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
- Proven success in client results and team mentoring
- Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
- Sales and field marketing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
