Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results while conducting initial and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App. Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions, oversee client success metrics, and ensure training quality standards. Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership duties, facilitate workshops and team development sessions, and drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives. Represent the core values of determination, respect, integrity, versatility, and excellence in every interaction. This role offers a flexible schedule with full-time preference, competitive hourly pay ranging from $35 to $55 plus performance bonuses, and includes opportunities for advancement within the network.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
- Proven success in client results and team mentoring
- Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
