Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one and small group personal training sessions while creating customized workout programs based on client goals. Perform initial fitness assessments and reassessments, then track client progress and retention metrics to support business growth initiatives. Mentor personal trainers on best practices and help maintain high coaching standards across the team. Assist with local marketing and community outreach events while partnering with leadership on sales goals. Operate as a mobile trainer throughout Mascoutah and surrounding areas with flexible scheduling, earning between $35 and $50 per hour plus performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer certification from an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)
- CPR/AED certification
- 3+ years of personal training experience
- Leadership or trainer mentoring experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
