Job Summary
Conduct in-home and on-site personal training sessions tailored to individual client goals using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App. Perform initial and reassessment exercises to drive new business, close sales, and secure renewals while promoting the brand to prospective clients. Maintain appointment schedules and travel to client locations, attending monthly team meetings and other assigned duties. Ensure best practices through service checks and mentorship of team members. Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- CPR/AED certification
- Previous sales experience in the fitness industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
- Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours
- Team player or collaborative with others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
